Full disclosure here: Chaki is the singer for my band, Dalton. That being said, I honestly cannot recommend this CD enough. The first time I heard it, I was blown away. Sounding like Prince at some times and Agoraphobic Nosebleed at others, this thing is really a 'full-spectrum' affair, no way to categorize or label what's going on. It's catchy, it's witty, it's goofy, it's a great listen. I'm by no means a fan of The Flaming Lips or Weezer, but both bands are covered here ("Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots" from the former, "Tired of Sex" from the latter), and I have to admit, I really dig it. Also included is Chaki's solo version of "Skulls", probably the best Misfits cover I've ever heard. If you are a fan of music at all, there will be something on this disc that will stoke you REAL HARD, and if not, you're lost to me. And I'm truly sorry.

one of the best albums ever! anyone that hasn't heard this should just give up. they will never understand awesomeness.
Excellent post, congrats! I think we need more initiatives like this one, and it would be nice if you can add some covers and tracks to download specially if you mentioned Misfits, the set included the complete fourteen-song Static Age album, anyway isn't a bad idea.
