Blah blah blah complex polyrhythms yadda yadda yadda unconventional chord structures blah blah melodic counterpoint yadda yadda odd-meter shenanigans blah blah Phrygian scales etc. etc...
Okay, whatever. That violin build into the main riff 3 1/2 minutes into "Lark's Tongues In Aspic, Part 1" is still the HEAVIEST SHIT EVER RECORDED.
