LOGICAL NONSENSE - DEADTIME (1993)

Logical Nonsense was one of the fastest, meanest, and hardest hardcore bands to ever come out of the Southwest. Hailing from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Nonsense was often compared to Albequerque's Word Salad in terms of sheer brutality and sonic mayhem. Though their style changed quite a bit in later years, Deadtime (their first full-length) finds them in a much more melodic zone, sometimes bordering on (gasp!) poppy. But don't get me wrong. This is still some ill shit. Keep an eye out for their later releases, Soul Pollution and Expand The Hive (below) once I get the funds to purchase some sort of vinyl-and-cassette-to-mp3 device.

Dude, I'm assuming you update your blog from a computer with some sort of rudimentary sound card? All you have to do is run an 1/8" audio cable from your cassete player/amplifier/whatever to the input of your sound card and use some free audio software like Audacity to record. Unless you like wasting money that is.
