Time for Peter to make his bones. Make an example of the Vice crew. Don Cobras demands justice. Make it messy, make it public, and above all - make it personal. Fuck them where they live.
Peter has already made his bones. His sacrifices for the Family are many, and in addition he looks like Furio from the Sopranos. It's two-bit (i.e. two-post) rookies like K-Rock and The Heckler whose allegiance I question. A Vice Squad must be formed, to prove their worth to the Family. Vice has over-stepped the boundaries of Our Thing, and now must be taught a lesson. Don Cobras has spoken.
