Okay, Mr. Cool Guy. You've got your three different Job For A Cowboy hoodies and your "Mastodon totally revolutionized metal" attitude and your mousy little girlfriend with the blonds streak. You sure have this whole "metal" thing figured out, don't you Broseph? Sure, you're into lots of unique and talented new bands, but you've still got tons of respect for the "old stuff", right? Tool and Pantera and all that stuff? Sure, you're doing OK. How's that new tattoo sleeve with the koi fish coming along? Good?
Great. Hey, while I have your attention, can you do me one quick favor? Yes? OK. Look into the eyes of those Bros in the band photos down there. Look closely.
What do you think they would say about your whole idea of "metal"?

Is that the Christian band, Betrayal that did 'Renaissance by Death' and 'The Passing'?
Sadus used to play faster than everybody else, dang!
No, different band. The Christian Betrayal didn't form until after this compilation was released. I wish I could provide more information on this Betrayal, but I don't think any trace of them remains on the internet...
careful shelby, you might ostracize your portion of the metalsucks audience.
Stoked on this! Roger's hair in the RAVAGE pic is hilarious, too. Thanks, Shelby.
betrayel were from fresno ca though the compilation has a SF address for them. they had a couple demos out and played many gigs in the SF area back in the good ol' days. some of the members went on and formed a ...rapcore band. :/
They would say "Scream Bloody Gore!! or experience Merciless Death!!"
