Nothing too insane or remarkable about Denmark's Victimizer, just five dudes doing what they do best, which just happens to be playing super-evil speed/thrash. You can tell from the band photo below that these guys are all in their late 30's or so, probably have jobs either as janitors or working at whatever the Danish equivalent of Dairy Queen is, and that they all probably have old ladies who give them shit for staying out late all the time, drinking lagers and playing metal. But that's what I like about them.
Victimizer are like those worn-in Sunday sweatpants or that comfy old pair of shoes you can't bring yourself to throw out. Good, old-fashioned Satanic thrash, written in a garage and played in a garage for nothing more than the sake of JUST PLAYING SWEET METAL. In addition, well-placed zombie samples and song names like "Iron Cobra (Pride of the Zombie Squad)" don't hurt either. And get a load of that fucking shark on the cover! Now that's metal!
