Often cited as an influence on the black metal movement due to their profoundly "viking" imagery and subject matter, Unleashed in fact have very little to do with said movement musically. This is straight-up death metal done right, VERY Swedish and VERY crunchy. Simple, straightforward, and crushing. A classic.

UNLEASHED! These guys kicked ass when I saw them opening for Obituary, I've been meaning to buy an album of theirs, but can't ever find one in a store.
