That's right, fuckers--CLOWNCORE. Get out your glowsticks and get on your greasepaint. I found this album through a messageboard link that said "Download this now, shit is FUCKWIN." That pretty much sums it up. Mr. Bungle / Gogol Bordello rave remix? Spooky accordion over sick fucking breakcore? Sure. But most of all--FUCKWIN. Check it out:
I can't find a link to purchase the album anywhere, but here's the dude's Myspace. I think we all need to support such quality clown music and help reclaim the name of clowns from ICP, so buy his shit if you ever see it for sale. I certainly will. Until then: Download
I will show full support for Ed Cox and his one-man campaign to defend the rich heritage that clowns have created down through the centuries. Ill breakcore may not really be my "thing", but I just can't say no to a clown. It's my weakness.
ReplyDeletePS Del Tigre: I'm starting to become a little concerned with how much time you're spending over at clownchan.com
Yeah, I almost didn't post this one since most people come here for the metal and metal-related accessories. But fuck, I haven't been so stoked on something clown-themed since Mr. Bungle's first album. That's back when clowns were cool. Remember Shakes? Remember Pennywise? Remember Killer Klowns From Outer Space? A rich heritage indeed.
ReplyDeleteI remember all of those wonderful clowns.
ReplyDeleteIm getting horny just thinking about them.
I mean wistful! WISTFUL!!!!

ReplyDeleteThank you. The Tetris theme alone has made 2010 worth living.
ReplyDeleteOK my impression on clowns have changed for ever... I don't believe this is the kind of stuff you would give a kid, hell, this is not the clown you take to a kids party at all.
